Enterprise engagement

Designed for your operating environment—not a generic checkout.

Falcon Cortex Intelligence is an enterprise platform. Commercial scope is prepared with your process, technology, privacy, security, procurement, and change teams. There is no free tier, public trial, or self-service purchase path.

Enterprise discovery

Establish the process, privacy, and value case before rollout.

  • Executive and process-owner discovery
  • Data-capture and application-exclusion design
  • DPIA, works-council, and legal readiness
  • Success metrics and deployment blueprint
Governed pilot

Prove outcomes with a controlled cohort and measurable acceptance criteria.

  • Approved-domain tenant onboarding
  • Desktop and web UAT cohort
  • Process intelligence and AI insight validation
  • Security, isolation, recovery, and adoption review
Enterprise rollout

Scale through identity, fleet, governance, and support controls.

  • SAML/OIDC, SCIM, MFA, and role governance
  • Managed desktop distribution and updates
  • Regional data and retention policy alignment
  • Support, service levels, and operating reviews

Engagement stages describe the intended enterprise delivery model. Individual capabilities, integrations, regions, service levels, and controls are included only when confirmed in the signed scope and validated for the customer environment.

Frequently asked

Can we evaluate Falcon Cortex before enterprise rollout?
Yes. We scope a governed pilot with an approved cohort, defined data-capture policy, success measures, and formal exit criteria.
How are users admitted?
Your approved company domains, invitations, enterprise identity provider, role model, and access policies control registration and sign-in. Public visitors cannot enter a tenant.
Can we bring our own AI provider?
Yes. Tenant-governed provider policies, model allowlists, fallback, regional constraints, quotas, budgets, and kill switches are part of the enterprise design.
Can data capture be tailored?
Yes. Capture modes, application exclusions, sensitive-field protections, consent, retention, and jurisdiction-specific safeguards are defined with the customer before activation.
