Make your request useful

A few specific details help support route and reproduce a case:

  1. The affected desktop, account, tenant or workspace area.
  2. When it happened, with your time zone, and what you expected.
  3. The result you saw, safe error text or a correlation ID.
  4. Whether work is blocked and a way to reproduce it with synthetic data.

Never email passwords, MFA codes, tokens, private keys, screenshots with sensitive information, raw capture content or full database exports.

Common support topics

Sign-in and account access

Tell us the sign-in step where the problem appears and a safe error or correlation ID. Your organization may manage identity and permissions, so include your tenant or workspace name when appropriate. Never send a password, MFA code or recovery token.

Desktop capture and sync

Describe the task, capture or sync state shown in the app, the approximate time and time zone, and whether the issue repeats. Do not send raw captured content or employee records. A pending or unverified sync state should be reported as such.

Workspace settings and reports

Include the page, your expected result, the result you saw and a safe reference ID. Ask your workspace administrator to check your assigned access and policy before sharing any case details.

Privacy, security or suspected data loss

Use the concern route below and describe the potential impact without attaching sensitive data. The support team routes these reports for investigation under the applicable incident process.

Sensitive concerns

Report a privacy or security concern

Suspected cross-tenant access, identity compromise, privacy exposure, unauthorized change or data loss should be flagged as soon as it is noticed. Summarize the impact without sending the affected data. The support process escalates these concerns to the appropriate security or privacy lead; investigation and any formal notice follow the applicable incident process and customer agreement.
