Privacy notice (draft)

This public page is a working draft for Falcon Cortex, an enterprise product in controlled UAT. It is not a final privacy notice or a promise about a particular tenant deployment. The final controller/processor roles, processing instructions, locations, retention, and contacts are confirmed in the contracting documents before service access.

Scope and data categories

Depending on the approved configuration, a tenant engagement may involve:

• Account and support identity: name, business contact details, tenant, and role assignments.
• Security and service telemetry: sign-in, device, configuration, and access events needed for operation and investigation.
• Tenant-provided process information submitted through an approved workflow or integration.

Purposes and legal bases

We use information to respond to enquiries, establish an approved tenant environment, provide the contracted service, secure the service, and meet documented legal obligations. The tenant determines the lawful basis for its instructions; the final notice and DPA record the applicable roles and bases. Falcon Cortex does not use tenant data for cross-tenant benchmarking by default.

Retention

There is no universal lifetime-retention promise in this draft. Retention and deletion periods are set by the approved tenant agreement, documented instructions, operational need, and applicable law. Export, deletion, legal hold, and backup handling are confirmed for the tenant before use.

Your rights

Depending on the applicable law and role, individuals may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, or objection. Contact your tenant administrator for service data requests or email support@falconcortex.com for public-site privacy questions.
